Vasti Treatments
1. *Shiro Vasti*  
Shiro Vasti is an Ayurvedic therapy that involves retaining medicated oil on the scalp for a specific duration to promote healing. The procedure starts with shaving the head and performing a gentle head massage. A leather cap is placed over the forehead and ears, sealed with gram flour paste to prevent oil leakage. Lukewarm, medicated oil is poured over the scalp, and the treatment continues until there is a secretion from the mouth and nose. The oil is then removed, followed by a second massage. This therapy is particularly beneficial for conditions such as alopecia, insomnia, Bell’s palsy, paralysis, and dryness of the mouth and nose.

2. *Kati Vasti*  
Kati Vasti is a specialized Ayurvedic therapy targeting the lower back. The procedure begins with a local massage and application of heat to the back. A dough ring is placed on the lower back to form a reservoir for warm, medicated oil, which is regularly replenished to maintain the optimal temperature. After approximately 30 minutes, the oil is removed, and a therapeutic massage is performed. A medicated hot water bath typically follows. Kati Vasti is effective for treating sciatica, lumbar spondylosis, back pain, and other rheumatic conditions.
 
3. *Greeva Vasti*  
Greeva Vasti is focused on the neck region and follows a similar approach to Kati Vasti. A dough barrier is used to contain warm, medicated oil applied to the neck. This therapy is beneficial for conditions such as stiff neck, jaw pain, torticollis, cervical spondylitis, and radiculopathy affecting the upper limbs.

4. *Janu Vasti*  
Janu Vasti is a therapy specifically designed for the knee joints. Warm, medicated oil is retained over the knee for a specified period, based on individual conditions and body type. This treatment is highly effective for addressing knee joint stiffness, osteoarthritis, ligament injuries, and pain relief in the knee.

5. *Chakra Vasti*

This treatment combines the use of special oils and singing bowls to enhance energy flow and activate the corresponding chakra. Chakra Vasti promotes overall healing and well-being, particularly for digestive health.
